I've been watching a lot of cookery shows lately. Master Chef and Top Chef VIP are two examples. Who doesn't enjoy cooking? Especially those with celebrities as contestants. I get to sit on the couch with the hubby, all cozy. Eat excellent meals while learning how to cook delicious stuff. But is it a bad habit?  While watching TV can be a great way to unwind after a long day, there's a growing trend of TV binging that can be detrimental to our health and well-being. Binging on TV shows for hours on end can lead to a sedentary lifestyle, which can have negative effects on our physical health.
